Congratulations! FASSE members have voted 79-21 (79% affirmative) to ratify the agreement with FCPS in effect from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2032!
The items shared previously are no longer tentative:
- Language item updates to the negotiated agreement
- Salary scale for Education Support Professionals and Tech Support Staff, effective July 1, 2026
- All FASSE-unit employees will advance 1 step on the scale, unless on step 21. Since there are no steps beyond 21, those employees will receive a one-time $1200 stipend on or before September 30, 2026.
- Insurance premium increase by 13% (linked documents on the FCPS website. Open Enrollment for 2026 has closed, so the documents are final)
